Drumroll, please! 
We’re thrilled to announce the grand opening of our brand new state-of-the-art school building for DISHA-CHORD School! 
Thanks to the generous support of Berkadia CSR Funds, we were able to make this dream a reality.
As some of you may know, our beloved Disha-CHORD school project was launched in 2015 with the aim of educating urban deprived children in Kukatpally, with support from our CSR partner, Berkadia – a US-based multinational company. Over the years, we’ve been able to educate 300 children every year, and now, we’re taking it to the next level!
We’re excited to announce that Berkadia has built a permanent school for children in Gopal Nagar, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, which can accommodate nearly 500 students!
And the cherry on top?
The school construction is now completed and will be inaugurated by Berkadia’s CEO, Mr.Justin Wheeler, who will be joined by Berkadia’s top brass, including Mr.Mark McCool, President CRE Services, and Mr.Sudipto Mukherjee, Managing Director, Berkadia India. Joining them will be Kukatpally MLA Sri. Madhavram Krishna Rao Garu, School children, Sri.Suman Malladi, Founder, and President of CHORD, Sri. Mandadi Srinivasa Rao, KPHB Colony, Ward No. 114, Corporator, and the CHORD Team.
The brand new school building is a game-changer for urban deprived children, bringing state-of-the-art, high-quality education right to their doorstep. It’s level of education that even children from privileged backgrounds travel long distances to access.
Our school is committed to providing high-quality education to urban-deprived children and ushering in a new era of digital education.
