We are thrilled to share with you the incredible outing our CHORD-Aashirwad School children and AMD Volunteers had at Golconda Fort today! From 9 am to 11 am, our children embarked on a meaningful adventure that not only provided them with educational opportunities but also allowed us to raise awareness about the importance of preserving our cultural heritage.
One of the highlights of this visit was a painting competition organized by our enthusiastic AMD Volunteers. The children were encouraged to unleash their creativity and imagination, resulting in magnificent paintings that showcased their talent and effectively portrayed the message of keeping our heritage sites clean and tidy. It was truly heartwarming to see our children exercise their artistic skills to promote responsible tourism and develop a sense of pride and ownership for our historical treasures.
We owe a special thanks to Ms. Rashmi, our Site CSR Manager, for leading the AMD team, and to Ms. Manjulatha, our Director, Mr. Anil Kumar, our Principal, and teachers Ms. Bhavani and Ms. Asmitha for heading the CHORD team. Their guidance and support made this outing a resounding success.
We believe that experiences like these are invaluable in shaping our children’s growth and understanding of their cultural identity. By exposing them to our heritage sites and encouraging them to take pride in preserving them, we are nurturing responsible citizens who will contribute to the conservation of our environment and the promotion of responsible tourism.
Let us applaud the efforts of our talented children and dedicated volunteers who made this day truly exceptional. Together, we can continue to instill a sense of responsibility and appreciation for our heritage, ensuring a vibrant and culturally rich future for generations to come.
