We are delighted to share that today Optum organized a truly incredible volunteering and cultural activity for our Aashirwad CHORD children. Over 100 enthusiastic Optum volunteers descended upon our school campus today to enrich and inspire our children in ways we could have never imagined.
The day started off with a classroom learning session, where our children got a chance to engage with the volunteers and learn fascinating new things. Later, a public gathering was organized where we had the honor of hosting senior following Optum officials

Our Founder Mr.Suman Malladi addressed the gathering highlighting the vision, mission, and accomplishments of CHORD and Optum’s invaluable contribution in the exponential growth and progress of Aashirwad School in the last five years .
The officials also took the time to encourage our children to pursue their academic goals and aspirations, which left a lasting impression on everyone. As a testament to their generosity, our children were gifted with books and stationery from the gracious donors. Mr.Laxman, Principal Anchored the event and his team chipped in with valuable contribution.
But that wasn’t all! The highlight of the day was an enchanting magic show that had all the kids on the edge of their seats with excitement. We even celebrated the Bathukamma festival by putting on a magnificent play that brought out the energy and enthusiasm in all participants.
The event concluded on an incredibly positive note, with all the children receiving a delicious snack box. We couldn’t be more grateful to the Optum leadership and volunteers for organizing such a thoughtful and relevant event that left all our children thrilled, energized, and filled with gratitude. It’s these kinds of impactful initiatives that truly make a difference, and we look forward to more such collaborations in the future. Thank you, Optum, for all that you do.
