Skill Development Program
Skill Bharath Program is an initiative formulated to reduce the cases of unemployment among educated and uneducated youth due to the lack of employable skills. We identify and enroll vulnerable youth and offer professional training by experts in their particular fields so that the beneficiaries may be eligible for employment or be empowered to start an entrepreneurial venture based on their skills. Accenture and NASSCOM Foundation have been supporting this program.

- In the last THIRTEEN years over 9000 young men and women were trained and employed in our 12 training centers.
- Skill Bharat program successfully trained 1400 beneficiaries in 2022-23 and enabled them towards self-reliant and independent livelihood opportunities.
- Around 30% of beneficiaries got employment opportunities in their related fields in 2022-2023
